Consultant Group Eyes Expansion in Programs

San Jose, California – The needs of Silicon Valley firms are changing -- and the consulting community is reinventing itself to match. Recently, the Professional and Technical Consultants Association (commonly referred to as PATCA) touted a "rebirth" of the organization.
