Suraiya Z. Ahmed, President
Suraiya Z. Ahmed, President of Spectrum Insights. Founded in 2006, Spectrum Insights is a consulting firm
specializing in performance development services for small business and start-up companies. Ahmed assist clients in developing results-oriented teams, strategic goal planning, and process development. She holds bachelor's degrees in business and law with an emphasis in computer applications, and is currently studying for an MBA from Kansas University.
Catherine Brooker, Vice President
Catherine Brooker is an Organizational Development (OD) consultant specializing in strategic planning, organization design, change management and business communications. She is conducting research on how business consultants learn about possible socio-economic futures and use that futures thinking in their work with client organizations. Clients have included start ups and large companies in hardware and software development, as well as non-profit clients working toward social change. Brooker holds an M.A. in Organization Development and is a Member of Organization Development Network (ODN), Bay Area ODN, & Society for Organizational Learning (SoL). She is also certified in Executive Coaching.
Ray Graham, Treasurer
Ray Graham is a recognized and respected authority in cellular phone software, including strategic planning, architecture, development, and management of mobile technology. He founded his company, Bitwise Design, in 2006 and offers software engineering and consulting services for mobile application development and enterprise server systems. Graham is a graduate from Pennsylvania State University, earning his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and continued his education in Computer Engineering at the Florida Institute of Technology.
Larry Polyak, Secretary
Larry Polyak is founder of Microsystems Development Tech, Inc. Since 1984, the company specializes in microprocessor based design and development for consumer and industrial products. The company offers a wide range of products including medical and dental equipment; industrial controls; home automation; educational and talking toys; hand held LCD games; TV games; USB peripherals; and electronic learning aids.
Larry has degrees in BSEE from Bradley University and an MSEE from Arizona State University

Jerry Rice is founder and Chief Technical Officer of FABNexus, Inc., a custom software development company that serves industrial and government customers throughout the United States. Jerry is a senior level professional with over thirty years experience in software engineering, design, project management, technical writing, research, training, team development, problem solving, planning, and successful execution of both custom and mass market product development and associated support activities.
Perry West
Perry West founded Automated Vision Systems in 1981.
It was the first company dedicated to supplying services and support for machine vision activities. The company offers a broad range of consulting services for machine vision planning, specification, application development, and education and training to both users and suppliers of machine vision.
Many Fortune 500 companies as well as medium size and small companies benefit from company's assistance.
West is also a member of IEEE, Consultants Network of Silicon Valley, Automated Imaging Association.

Tonia Forbus
As PATCA's Executive Director, Tonia Forbus provides all aspects of member and client services. Tonia delivers a full range of
financial and organizational services, and is responsible for implementing the strategic plans set by the Board of Directors. She brings talent and
know-how gained from across-the-board experience in the corporate, non-profit, and professional services sectors. Tonia specializes in office
administration, business systems development, program and project management, and event planning.
