• Specification writing; English & other languages
• Schematic capture: Orcad, Viewlogic/DX-Designer
• PCB design: Orcad Layout Plus, PADS, Allegro
• Board bring up, systems integration & testing
• Start-up organizations, team building, document control
• Industrial Electronics, Laser Control Electronics, Low Noise

Each group member has at least 20-year experience (technical, managerial, international) and take individual assignments or as team.
