PATCA January Dinner Meeting-Search Engine Optimization - Best Practices Basics
PATCA will kick off 2008 with Internet Marketing Consultant, Kevin Dean of WSI Internet Consulting and Education in Fremont, speaking at the January 10th dinner meeting.
Dean's topic is "Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Best Practice Basics - A Short Course." SEO has been becoming more and more important to consultants, as we seek ways to find new clients through our web sites and online search engines.
Plan to attend this session for practical insights into the mysteries of SEO, such as:
- What is the role of the search engine?
- What does it evaluate on your site?
- How can you use keywords to position or differentiate your business?
- Why do the experts believe "content is king" when it comes to SEO?
- What other factors are considered?
- How can you get your site listed now?
Although SEO is a deep topic, this informative session should provide plenty of quick tips that will enable each consultant to immediately improve their position in search results.
