	Jerry Rice, President Jerry Rice is founder and Chief Technical Officer of FABNexus, Inc., a custom software development company that serves industrial and government customers throughout the United States. Jerry is a senior level professional with over thirty years experience in software engineering, design, project management, technical writing, research, training, team development, problem solving, planning, and successful execution of both custom and mass market product development and associated support activities.
	Larry Polyak, Vice President and Secretary Larry Polyak is founder of Microsystems Development Tech, Inc. Since 1984, the company specializes in microprocessor based design and development for consumer and industrial products. The company offers a wide range of products including medical and dental equipment; industrial controls; home automation; educational and talking toys; hand held LCD games; TV games; USB peripherals; and electronic learning aids. Larry has degrees in BSEE from Bradley University and an MSEE from Arizona State University.
	John Cooper, Treasurer John Cooper is a Senior Reliability Engineering Consultant with 20+ Years of Experience in Product Reliability Engineering Services for all phases of product life cycle.

	David Eimerl David Eimerl is founder of Eimex Dr. Eimerl blends a unique background in physics, engineering and information technology to create pioneering results with lasers and optics technologies. A recognized thought leader whose understanding of the fundamental principles of nature informs and complements his computer modeling expertise. He is an active Board member of PATCA currently serving as Director and Volunteer Coordinator and was the former Treasurer for PATCA for many years.
	Kripa Nithya Kripa Nithya is founder of Synergy Market. The company works with small and medium businesses to increase adoption and sales of your products and services with online marketing campaigns.
	Walt Maclay, board member at large A Past PATCA President and board advisor, Walt Maclay is President of Voler Systems. Voler develops complete new product using sensors, software, and electronic design. They focus on medical devices, and we use our high quality to develop aerospace, industrial, and consumer products that work the first time. They design analog and digital circuits including FPGAs, microprocessors, analog-to-digital converters and interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, serial, and others. They do software including, embedded firmware, drivers, and applications.

Executive Director

Tonia Forbus, Executive Director As PATCA's Executive Director, Tonia Forbus provides all aspects of member and client services. Tonia delivers a full range of financial and organizational services, and is responsible for implementing the strategic plans set by the Board of Directors. She brings talent and know-how gained from across-the-board experience in the corporate, non-profit, and professional services sectors. Tonia specializes in office administration, business systems development, program and project management, and event planning.
