- Mr. Erickson has designed and constructed over 8,000,000+ square feet of facilities to his credit assisting companies in expanding and or consolidating their operations.
Mr. Erickson has extensive hands-on experience in project, program, and product management. He has established operations in Ireland, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and of course in the U.S.
Mr. Erickson has assisted previous clients with site feasibility studies, strategic master plans, site selections, acquisitions, facilities and manufacturing engineering including the development of manufacturing processes, material flows, layouts and designs for factories, and distribution centers for both high and low volume products.
Mr. Erickson has assisted companies in a variety of industries, ie. Biotech, Military and Governmental, Telecommunications, Semiconductor, and Consumer Electronics.
